How I Can Support You
Depression & Anxiety
Carrying the weight of constant worry or a heavy heart is exhausting. I provide a confidential space where you can be heard, helping you make sense of your feelings and find your way back to a lighter, calmer you.
Low Self-Esteem
Feeling like you aren't 'good enough' is a heavy burden. Together, we can gently challenge these beliefs, helping you rebuild your confidence and rediscover your self-worth.
Relationship Difficulties
Struggling with a partner or family member? You don't need them in the room to create change. I work with individuals to explore your patterns and boundaries, helping you to build healthier connections from the inside out.
Life Transitions
Change, whether loss, career shifts, or new beginnings, can leave you feeling adrift. Counselling acts as a steady anchor, helping you find your direction again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a free initial call?
Yes. I understand that choosing a counsellor is a big decision. I offer a free 20 minute introductory call so we can have a brief chat, discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit before you commit to a full session.
How much are sessions?
Sessions are £50 each. This fee is the same whether you choose to come in person or speak with me online.
How frequent are sessions?
I usually recommend we meet once a week. Meeting regularly helps us build a trusting relationship and gives you a steady, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no set number. As a person-centred counsellor, I work at your pace. Some people find 6 to 12 sessions sufficient to work through a specific issue, while others prefer open-ended support for longer term personal growth. We can review this regularly together.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Absolutely. I provide a safe and private environment where you can speak freely. As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to a strict ethical framework. What we talk about stays between us, with very specific legal exceptions regarding harm to yourself or others which are covered in the counselling agreement.
What are your qualifications?
- Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- Level 3 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- Level 2 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling
- Registered Individual Member of The BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy)
- I hold both Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
