1. Let's Connect
Your first step is a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone call. It's our chance to talk, for you to ask questions, and to see if I'm the right counsellor for you. If you'd prefer a video call, just let me know.
2. Your Private Space
Our weekly sessions are held via a secure, confidential video platform. You'll receive a simple link before each session. All you need is a private space where you feel comfortable to talk freely.
3. Begin Your Journey
In the first session, we will go through the counselling agreement and a short assesment. This is so I can get a feel of what you need and where you are at. The rest of the session is yours to begin unboxing what has been going on for you. Its important to go at your pace and bring what is right for you at this stage.
